Business Accountability Associate

About the role

You will help ensure business standards and controls are effectively designed, assessed, monitored, executed, and sustained through risk mitigation, oversight, reporting, and self-assurance activities.

What you'll do

• Participate in low complexity business risk, policy adherence, and control activities
• Research and document issues, records, policies, and procedures for matters with readily available answers
• Review lower risk assignments and identify straightforward control or process concerns
• Exercise judgment within defined parameters and escalate matters outside established guidance
• Maintain clear records that support decisions, reporting, and follow-up actions
