Business Analayst

About the role

We are seeking a experienced and qualified SAP FICO Consultant with a MBA - Finance/ Inter CA / Chartered Accountant (CA) background and 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, preferably in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions aligned with complex manufacturing finance processes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
• Configure and customize SAP modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-PC, and Material Ledger
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) for seamless ETO operations
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize costing, budgeting, and reporting processes
