About the role

The Business Analyst – HIS/EMR Implementation will support the analysis, documentation, validation, and implementation of healthcare business requirements for hospital information systems and electronic medical record solutions. The role involves working with users to understand operational needs, documenting workflows, preparing requirement documents, supporting testing

What you'll do

• Assist in collecting business and functional requirements from hospital departments and end
• Support the preparation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and requirement matrices
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, reviewed, and updated as needed
• Support process improvement initiatives linked to HIS/EMR implementation
• Maintain updated documentation for workflows, SOPs, forms, and business rules

What you need
