About the role
We are seeking a motivated Automation Specialist to join the Global Ordering Operations Enablement Automation team. The team develops customized tools, automates workflows, and optimizes existing solutions to maximize operational throughput and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UiPath, followed by AI agent development using Oracle Agent Studio, and application development using Oracle APEX.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize UiPath automations for operational workflows
- Collaborate with Operations teams to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and support solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and continuity
- Improve existing tools and workflows to increase throughput, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer experience
What you need
- 1–3 years in data & business analytics
