What you'll do

• Analyzing large healthcare operational datasets to identify trends, performance metrics
• Rebuilding existing SQL-based logic as Databricks datasets and validating results against current outputs. Supporting data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that feed…
• Automating data and reporting workflows with Databricks jobs, Python, and Power Automate. Ensuring data accuracy through validation, reconciliation
• Analyzing revenue cycle data to identify trends, variances, and process improvement opportunities
• Supporting client service teams by gathering operational data and preparing clear reporting materials

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
