Business Analyst

About the role

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together.

What you'll do

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Any graduate
