Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements from customers, banks, fintech partners, and internal stakeholders across African markets. The role involves preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and translating business needs into functional specifications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct gap analysis, and support fintech and digital payment initiatives.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers, banks, fintech's based out of Tanzania (and subsequent other African market/geographies)
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, workflows, and process maps
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology and product teams
• Act as a bridge between business, product, technology, operations, and partner teams
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to address business and operational challenges
