About the role

The SFDC PMO - Functional role is responsible for managing Salesforce requirements and coordinating delivery from requirement discussion through production go-live. The role works closely with Business, Product, Development, QA, InfoSec, Support, and partner teams to ensure clear requirements, timely delivery, quality testing, process compliance, and regular stakeholder reporting Duties and Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Recommend requirement readiness, delivery priority, and release readiness based on evidence and approvals
• Integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
• Managing changing requirements, urgent priorities, and cross-system dependencies without losing delivery control
• Coordinating multiple teams and partners across tight timelines and parallel releases
• Ensuring complete documentation, traceability, approvals, and audit readiness throughout the lifecycle

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Dashboarding

• MBA or MCA or B.Tech or B.E.
