Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Central Operations and Product teams. The role involves tracking business performance, analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven business decisions.

What you'll do

• Track key business metrics such as Revenue, Orders, AOV, Contribution Margin, Retention, and Customer Complaints
• Monitor performance across outlets, cities, and sales channels (App, Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and Subscription Cards)
• Analyse sales trends, pricing, discounts, and campaigns to identify opportunities for business growth
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular performance reports
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Power BI
• Dashboarding
• Excel
• Tableau
• Data analysis
• POS
• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA

Good to have

• Root cause analysis
