Business Analyst - Browsers

About the role

The goal of Digital Workplace (DW) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus.

What you'll do

• Ensure all browser-related service requests (via ServiceNow/SNOW) are triaged, addressed
• Proactively monitor browser stability and compatibility to minimize operational downtime caused by updates or misconfigurations
• Manage browser configurations through AD, with a deep understanding of OU (Organizational Unit) inheritance, enforcement
• Maintain compatibility for legacy web applications while steering the organization toward modern web standards
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Web browsers to centralize browser visibility and security across Windows, macOS, and chromebooks
