About the role

A Business Analyst – Digital Automation is required to support digital banking and automation initiatives by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

What you'll do

Analyze and document business requirements related to digital banking, automation, and product enhancements
Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize functional requirements
Prepare detailed documentation including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows
Translate business needs into clear inputs for technical teams, ensuring alignment with digital automation objectives
Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions
