Business Analyst

About the role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in document generation, intelligent forms, workflow automation, customer correspondence management, and enterprise integrations within Insurance and Banking domains.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain SmartIQ forms, interviews, workflows, and document generation solutions
• Configure and develop SmartCOMM templates/layouts/overlays/template selectors/data model for customer communications and correspondence management
• Build dynamic forms, questionnaires, business rules, validations, calculations, and conditional logic using SmartIQ
• Develop and maintain reusable SmartIQ components and data models
• Create and manage document generation outputs in PDF, Word formats

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• REST APIs
• Any graduate
