Business Analyst -Fresher

About the role

The Business Analyst role is responsible for requirement gathering, process improvement, and project coordination. The role involves supporting stakeholders in understanding business requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating project activities, and supporting successful delivery execution.

What you'll do

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders and internal teams
• Support preparation of BRDs, user stories, workflows, process diagrams, meeting notes, and requirement summaries
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and business expectations
• Participate in sprint meetings, requirement clarification discussions, and project coordination activities
• Assist in analyzing business workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities
