Business Analyst at IDFC FIRST Bank. Own the lifecycle of IMPS initiatives: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

What you'll do

• Own the lifecycle of IMPS initiatives: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Manage roadmaps and delivery plans for new IMPS features (P2P/P2M, mandate flows, enhancements, migrations) and NPCI-driven regulatory and scheme changes
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks
• Lead impact analysis and re-planning for change requests
• Act as the primary interface for business teams (Payments, Retail Banking, Digital Channels), Operations, Risk, and Compliance
