Business Analyst at IDFC FIRST Bank. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for UPI/IMPS and related payment products across mobile, internet, branch, and API channels.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for UPI/IMPS and related payment products across mobile, internet, branch, and API channels
• Review user stories, and use cases capturing end‑to‑end flows: payer/payee journey, switching, NPCI messages, reconciliation, chargeback, and dispute processes
• Map and optimize current vs. target processes (AS‑IS/TO‑BE), including exception handling, timeouts, and reversals for UPI/IMPS transactions
• Work with solution and enterprise architects to align designs with core banking, CBS, reconciliation, and Risk and other interfaces
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for UPI and IMPS, covering PSP/TPAP models, handle/VPA, collect/pay, mandate flows, and NPCI procedural circulars
