As a Business Analyst within our Leasing Advisory team, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers and clients through rigorous market research, financial modeling, and strategic analysis that informs real estate decisions of real consequence.

What you'll do

Play a vital role in supporting our brokers and clients through rigorous market research, financial modeling
Collect, analyze, and interpret market data, property valuations, tenant demographics, and other real estate-specific information
Work closely with senior advisors, transactions, legal, and finance teams

Conduct research on market trends, competitive dynamics, and economic conditions affecting the real estate sector, staying current on industry news, regulations
