About the role

As a Lead Solutions Analyst in CIB Payments Technology, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions.

What you'll do

• Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive payment solution requirements by engaging with payments product owners, business operations
• Translate complex product and operations requirements into well-structured technical solutions
• Define system capabilities (the ‘What’) based on scope and elaboration with Product and Operations Partners
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards
