Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their systems and data structures, analyze current workflows, and identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in creating detailed business requirements, developing solutions, and designing interactive reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Analyze client systems, business processes, and data structures
• Document detailed business requirements
• Evaluate and improve current business processes, workflows, and data structures
• Identify process gaps and propose solution models
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
