Business Analyst - PMO

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst – PMO to support planning, tracking, and governance of key business initiatives and projects. The role will work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, monitor project performance, and enable data-driven decision-making .

What you'll do

• Gather and document business requirements for key projects and initiatives
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across programs
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analysis for leadership
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in project execution
• Support PMO governance through structured reporting and documentation

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
