Business Analyst - Process & Automation

About the role

Work directly with the owner to map business processes, find and fix gaps, design improved systems, and execute them in software (Python / pandas / Excel). Act as the quality filter between the owner and the team — reviewing all incoming analytical work (quotations, Excel models, formulas) for errors, structure and logic.

What you'll do

• Understand business processes by talking to people across departments and asking the right questions; map current process flows (production planning, forecasting
• Identify gaps in processes, design improved systems, and implement them using Python/pandas/Excel or equivalent tools
• Build and maintain automation for recurring analysis and reporting
• Review the team's Excel work — quotations, formulas, models — as a filter before it reaches the owner: check for errors, structure and logic
• Translate the owner's requirements into working, tested solutions and execute end to end

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Python

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com
