Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Bancassurance application enhancements. Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Liaise with business users, insurance partners, operations teams, developers, and testers. Support requirement walkthroughs, UAT planning, and defect triage discussions.
