Business Analyst

About the role

The role will translate business requirements into payment flows, functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, and clearing workflows. The position will contribute to accurate, compliant, and efficient processing across domestic, cross-border, wire, ACH, real-time, instant, and SWIFT payment rails.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and convert business objectives into functional specifications and user stories
• Design end-to-end payment flows across ACH, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, instant payments, and SWIFT
• Define clearing cycles, cut-off times, settlement processes, routing rules, and exception handling
• Create data-mapping documents for legacy formats, ISO 20022 XML, API messages, and related payment standards
• Configure and document domestic and cross-border payment rules
