About the role

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with data-driven solutions. This role ensures that solutions are aligned with the broader objectives of the Data & Analytics function and the organization. The Analyst also facilitates seamless communication and understanding between business stakeholders and analytics teams to drive impactful outcomes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and vendor partners to define and document business and technical requirements
• Develop test strategies and systematic procedures to ensure solutions meet design specifications and performance benchmarks
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Approach problems with creativity and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that positively impact business performance

What you need
