What you'll do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze requirements and document business processes for various initiatives
- Create user stories, functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria using SpecKit
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and UAT activities to ensure successful solution delivery
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation, standardization, and business value realization
