About the role
The Business Analyst will serve as a key member of the IDC Planning & Operations team, supporting leadership through business analytics, operational planning, workforce insights, financial analysis, and strategic decision support.
What you'll do
- Business Analytics & Decision Support
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational MIS using Power BI and Excel
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance tracking mechanisms for organizational and program effectiveness
- Monitor actual versus plan performance across headcount, operating expenses, project investments, and organizational goals
- Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause investigations to identify opportunities and risks
