About the role

Business Consultant - Overnight shift, Customer Onboarding at JDA. Support customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, coordinating onboarding activities from initiation through completion.

What you'll do

  • Support customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, coordinating onboarding activities from initiation through completion
  • This role works directly with customers and global cross-functional teams to manage onboarding plans, integration coordination, communications, risks
  • Work within the IST time zone and willing to work overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours to support
  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for customers and trading partners throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Lead customer-facing meetings, presentations, and onboarding reviews
