Business Continuity Management Specilaist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Specialist – Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Crisis Management to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) while strengthening our Emergency Response and Crisis Management capabilities.

What you'll do

• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) initiatives across business functions to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to evaluate threats affecting business operations, facilities, technology, and third-party services
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to embed business continuity and resilience into strategic initiatives
• Lead and support the development and implementation of IT Disaster Recovery (Infrastructure & Applications) plans

What you need
