Business Continuity Manager

About the role

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for leading and supporting business continuity management across the organization. The role works closely with business, enabling, and governance teams to identify critical processes and risks, develop and maintain continuity plans, conduct business impact assessments, and facilitate testing and exercises to ensure the organization is prepared for potential disruptions.

What you'll do

• Responsible for leading and supporting business continuity management across the organization
• Lead and support end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities across assigned business entities
• Conduct and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and validate critical processes, resources, and recovery requirements
• Guide business teams in developing, reviewing, and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
• Facilitate business continuity plan testing, simulation exercises, and post-exercise reviews
