Business Development Associate – Role Overview As a Business Development Associate , you will connect with potential customers and guide them through the product journey. You will work with leads generated through marketing campaigns and help convert them into customers. You will also work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What you'll do

• Call potential leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare products
• Follow up regularly with cold and warm leads
• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and usage clearly
• Maintain daily call records and conversion data using CRM or Excel
