Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to successful deal closure.

What you'll do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business objectives
• Present company services and recommend solutions based on client needs
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
