To drive Gold Loan business growth through customer acquisition, market development, channel engagement, sales promotion activities, and cross-selling of banking products while ensuring achievement of business targets and customer service objectives. Conduct market research and area mapping to identify business opportunities and potential customer segments.

• Drive Gold Loan business growth through customer acquisition, market development, channel engagement, sales promotion activities
• Conduct market research and area mapping to identify business opportunities and potential customer segments
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales activities, networking, referrals, and other approved sourcing channels
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to drive Gold Loan business in assigned markets
• Meet prospective customers, assess financing requirements and promote suitable banking products and services
