Business Development Executive-IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation

About the role

This role is focused on accelerating business growth by driving sales within the staff augmentation model , particularly in the IT staffing space. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities , from generating leads to closing deals, while also maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions.

What you'll do

• Plan and achieve the Sales target assigned for the year
• Build a pipeline by prospecting clients to generate leads for staff augmentation/ contract staffing needs
• Build business by identifying and selling to prospects, maintaining relationships with clients for cross-selling
• Work closely with staffing vendors/ recruitment agencies to source profiles and place them with clients/ customers
• Generate, track and maintain reports (weekly/ monthly) to have internal business discussions on superiors on business plans, implementation and growth
