About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment services.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research of clients in New Zealand
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges in New Zealand
• Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients, negotiating terms and closing agreements
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
