Business Development Executive (RPO)

About the role

A growing recruitment and HR services company is expanding its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business and is looking for a Business Development Executive – RPO with hands-on experience in RPO or Recruitment Services Sales .

What you'll do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for RPO and recruitment services across the US, UK and Australia
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and other outbound business development activities
• Research target companies, decision-makers and their hiring requirements to build a qualified prospect pipeline
• Identify and connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders and Business Leaders
• Understand prospective clients' recruitment requirements and identify suitable RPO/recruitment solutions
