Business Development Head (Roads)

About the role

Responsible for leading the company's business development strategy in the RMRW business by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating project feasibility, and driving both organic and inorganic expansion. The BD Head will oversee high-level financial analysis, bid management, and strategic stakeholder engagement to secure new business opportunities while also providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.

What you'll do

• Develop a robust pipeline of prospects by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial potentials
• Evaluate project feasibility based on technical complexity, revenue capability, and alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Evaluate the impact of regulatory policies, acts, and laws on business operations and strategic positioning
• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on market insights and trends
• Drive the development and execution of strategies for both organic and inorganic growth, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives
