Business Development Lead

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging digital marketing channels to generate leads and close sales. A deep understanding of project management services and the ability to communicate their value to clients is essential.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with HEBO Consult’s long-term goals, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and client satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead meetings with prospective clients, and tailor presentations to meet client objectives
• Manage leads from multiple channels—including inbound inquiries, social media campaigns, website registrations
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiation and closing, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine the business development strategy
