About the role

This role is a frontline, partner manager responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs). This role is accountable for relationship management, enrollment delivery, and increasing RP engagement and wallet share through personalized support, training, and data-driven performance conversations.
