Business Development Manager - Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) with 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. The BDM will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from lead generation to closure — while also onboarding, training, and managing channel partners to strengthen Ulipsu’s reach in assigned territories.

What you'll do

• Direct Sales to Schools
• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential schools through market research, networking, and outreach
• Conduct product demos and presentations to school owners, principals, and decision-makers
• Drive consultative selling, handle objections, and close deals within defined sales cycles
• Deliver revenue targets consistently across assigned territories
