About the role

Promote and support the sale of engineering and specialty polymer materials. Represent the organisation at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Proven experience in engineering plastics, polymer distribution, compounding, trading, or raw material sales. Demonstrated success in new business development and key account management.

What you'll do

Drive growth in a fast-expanding advanced materials business
Develop and execute business development strategies for the engineering plastics portfolio
Identify, acquire, and develop new customers across target industries
Manage and strengthen relationships with OEMs, processors, moulders, compounders, and distributors
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
