Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales - Delhi

About the role

We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development folks for our enterprise business You would primarily work in acquiring new clients for our early career hiring solution, apna campus ai, understanding the hiring challenges of large enterprises and pitching contests/ hiring engagements as a solution to their hiring bottlenecks.

What you'll do

• Acquire new enterprise clients by understanding their hiring challenges and employer branding needs
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding business with existing clients
• Generate qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, outbound outreach, social media, and networking
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
