Business Development Manager – Home Loan | Rajkot

About the role

The BDM – Home Loan is responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels (20-25 Branches) and direct sourcing. The role demands end-to-end ownership of the customer journey - from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales service while ensuring profitable growth and portfolio quality.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels (20-25 Branches) and direct sourcing
• Source Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business via mapped branches and direct channels
• Achieve monthly and quarterly Meetings, Logins and disbursement targets
• Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels to generate quality leads
• Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation, disbursement, and service
