Business Development Manager - Hospitality (South)

About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) in the Hospitality sector is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue optimization. The BDM identifies new business opportunities, fosters relationships with potential partners and clients, and works closely with internal teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue goals
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities
• Select and recommend appropriate solutions including products, budgetary quotes, standards, etc. to the target audience
• Increase in the project funnel made with complete range of products including mechanical, electro-mechanical, automatics, glass, sliders etc
• Collaborate with technical and spec team, architects, engineers, and project managers to align specifications with design intent
