Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to accelerate the growth of NextOS, our comprehensive ERP and management solution designed for coaching institutes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ERP/software field sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.

What you'll do

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within coaching institutes, training centers, and test preparation organizations
• Conduct daily field visits to meet institute owners, directors, administrators, and decision-makers
• Present and demonstrate NextOS ERP solutions, highlighting features, benefits, and business value
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, field prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-ups
