Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation & Test Systems | Remote

About the role

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role suited for a seasoned technical sales professional with strong exposure to hardware-led automation and data acquisition systems. You will own the sales strategy, drive enterprise-level engagements, and work closely with technical teams to deliver customized engineering solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial automation and test & measurement solutions
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across EV, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors
• Engage CXOs, technical stakeholders, and procurement leaders to understand requirements and position tailored solutions
• Lead pre-sales efforts including discovery meetings, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations
• Collaborate with engineering teams on proposal development and project handovers
