About the role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting strategic business opportunities for Ingersoll Rand's Power Tools & Industrial Lifting Equipment’s portfolio across Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV manufacturers, Commercial Vehicle manufacturers.

What you'll do

  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth of Assembly & Tightening Solutions across India
  • Identify new business opportunities within Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV manufacturers, Commercial Vehicle manufacturers, and Industrial customers
  • Build a robust pipeline of greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and automation projects
  • Drive market penetration into strategic accounts and untapped auto ancillary segments
