Business Development Manager – International IT Services Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive international growth for Auriga's IT Services business. This is a strategic, hunting-focused role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring international clients, and expanding our presence across global markets.

What you'll do

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across international markets
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to create customized proposals and solution offerings
