Business Development Manager – International Sales (Aluminium Castings)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive experience to drive our international aluminium castings business across US and European markets. The ideal candidate will be a veteran professional with deep industry relationships, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong track record of building and scaling international business operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans for aluminium castings in US and European markets, achieving assigned revenue and profitability targets
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new customers including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in target industries
• Lead complex techno-commercial negotiations from initial inquiry through contract closure
• Prepare and present technical proposals, commercial offers, and capability presentations to senior stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
