About the role

The role requires independent judgment in assessing customer financing requirements, evaluating business opportunities and risks, recommending appropriate lending solutions, and contributing to decisions that support portfolio quality, profitability and sustainable business growth while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop business opportunities and drive portfolio growth within the Loan Against Property portfolio through market assessment
• Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels
• Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan
• Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation
• Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service

What you need
