Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Product Sales professional to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing event, exhibition, conference, and experiential marketing projects. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, stakeholder management, and experience in B2B sales within events, exhibitions, technology solutions, media, or experiential marketing industries.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, award ceremonies, and experiential activations
• Generate leads through networking, industry associations, referrals, digital channels, and market research
• Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, corporate clients, exhibition organizers, marketing teams, and industry stakeholders
• Develop strategic account plans for key clients and prospects
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations
