About the role

The Business Development Manager – Agro & Pharma Chemicals will lead business development and account management for a defined portfolio of chemical products. Reporting to Regional / Global Business Leadership , the role drives profitable growth, builds strategic customer relationships, and expands market presence across key accounts in India .

What you'll do

• Drive sales growth and market development across Agrochemical , Pharmaceutical , and related chemical manufacturing customers
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing key accounts
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contract management, and customer engagement activities
• Collaborate with global business teams to align local growth strategies with overall business objectives
